WEB GEMS- Top 5th: Isan Diaz robbed Tommy La Stella of a base hit.

Andrelton Simmons had 4 hits and 3 RBI as the Los Angeles(AL) ballclub topped
the Miami team by a score of 10 to 2 at Marlins Park.

Simmons was a thorn in the side of the hometown fans as he enjoyed a fine day
at their team's expense. He slapped a one-base hit in the 2nd inning, lifted
one out of the park for a two run home run in the 3rd inning, doubled
knocking in a run in the 5th inning and stroked a base-hit in the 7th inning.
Los Angeles(AL) had 12 hits overall, while Miami had 7.

Matt Andriese(2-1) was the winner allowing 2 runs in 6 innings. The losing
pitcher was Pablo Lopez(2-2). He was knocked around by Los Angeles(AL),
allowing 7 hits and 3 walks in 4 innings.

'After the stretch we have been through lately, this victory is especially
sweet' offered Los Angeles(AL)'s manager. Now, we just have to make this the
norm - not the exception!'
