Julio Teheran(1-2) and Jose Urquidy(2-1) dueled it out with Teheran and the
Los Angeles(AL) team coming out on top of the Houston ballclub by the score
of 2 to 1.
 
Los Angeles(AL) scored 2 runs in the decisive 6th inning with the help of 3
hits.  Matt Thaiss led off the inning for Los Angeles(AL) when he delivered a
one-base hit.  David Fletcher came next and he doubled plating a run.  Mike
Trout then drew a walk.  Two outs later Andrelton Simmons stepped up to the
plate and he laced a base-hit scoring the final run of the inning.  The teams
had been locked in a scoreless duel until the 6th inning.  
 
Hansel Robles preserved the game for Teheran, recording his his 3rd save.  The
win by Los Angeles(AL) was very good news as they had been 2-8 of late.  Now
their seasonal record improves to 7-13.  With the loss, Houston has a record
of 7-3 lately, 12-8 overall.
