The Toronto ballclub bested the Pittsburgh team by a 8 to 4 score at PNC
Park.
Joe Panik had a good day at the plate. He lined a single in the 1st inning,
lofted a three-run bomb in the 5th inning and ripped a base-knock which
plated a run in the 8th inning. Toronto rapped out 12 hits for the
afternoon.
Ken Giles(4-3) got the win allowing no runs in 1 inning. Joe Musgrove(4-8) was
hit with the loss. He gave up 5 runs and 5 hits in 5 innings.
