Dustin Garneau went deep and had 3 RBI and Lance McCullers reeled off a total
of 10 strikeouts at Camden Yards as the indomitable Houston club staged a
comeback win over the Baltimore team by the count of 7 to 2.

A hugely decisive outburst by Houston in the top of the 9th inning quieted any
Baltimore hopes for a victory as they erupted for 7 runs on 5 hits. The big
moment was provided by Garneau who silenced the stadium when he lost the ball
over the fence for three runs. The game was a scoreless duel until the 8th
inning.

The winning pitcher was Joe Smith(2-1) who allowed no runs in 1/3 of an
inning. Mychal Givens(2-2) suffered the loss in relief. 'We just kept
swinging the bats and didn't give up,' Garneau said. 'If you just keep trying
good things can happen!'
